How LUCKYSOFT LTD collects, uses and protects personal data, and the rights you have over it.
LUCKYSOFT LTD (company no. 17464155, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) is the controller of personal data collected through this website, our sales process and our support channels. For personal data inside Customer Data processed in the platform on a customer's instructions, we act as processor and the customer is the controller.
This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Contact and account data: name, work email, company, job title, phone number if you give it, and the content of messages you send us.
Billing data: billing address, VAT number and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe, and never stored on our systems.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and interactions with emails we send, collected through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
To respond to enquiries and provide demos, assessments and the platform (performance of a contract or steps before entering one). To invoice, collect payment and keep accounting records (legal obligation). To secure the website and platform and prevent abuse (legitimate interests). To send product and research updates to business contacts who have engaged with us, with an opt-out in every email (legitimate interests, or consent where required).
Service providers who process data on our instructions: cloud hosting in the UK and EU, email and CRM tooling, Stripe for payments, and accounting providers. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case you will be notified.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where needed.
Enquiry and sales data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Customer account and contract data: for the term of the agreement and six years afterwards for legal and tax purposes. Server logs: 90 days. You can ask us to delete data sooner where we have no legal obligation to keep it.
You can ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
