Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, or annually by invoice (annual billing carries a 15% discount). The assessment is invoiced 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery. UK VAT at 20% is added where applicable; EU customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
Upgrade any time; the difference is pro-rated. Downgrade or cancel from your account or by email, effective at the end of the current billing period. Full terms are in the refund and cancellation policy.
Any discovered agent, bot, flow or assistant in the inventory, whether or not a policy is applied to it. Shadow agents count from the day they are discovered. We will tell you before you cross a tier limit; nothing is throttled without notice.
